How to Shop

We have tips for you on how to easily go through the entire process from selecting goods to ordering them.

Search for goods

Some people like to wander around the store, others go straight in.

  • If you belong to the first group, select the relevant department in the top menu and then the individual product categories until you reach your destination.
  • If you already know what you want, use the search. At the top of the page you will find a search bar that, in cooperation with the search engine, will lead you to the desired product.

Basket

  1. You can add the goods to your cart using the Add to Cart button.
  2. In your cart, you will see everything you have put in it clearly and in one place - the exact name of the product, availability, number of pieces (you can change it at will) and the price excluding and including VAT.
  3. You will see the complete contents of your cart whenever you add items to it or if you click on the cart symbol in the upper right part of the page.

Login

You can log in as:

  1. New customer , if you are shopping with us for the first time – just enter your email and continue ordering.
  2. Registered customer , if you have already shopped with us and registered with your password. Fill in your email and password and continue with your order. If you have forgotten your password, we will send it to the email address you registered with.

Your email address is used for all communication regarding your order, so it is essential to fill it out.

Shipping and payment

Depending on the size of your item, you will be offered the most suitable type of shipping. You can find a full overview on the Delivery Methods page.

If you order multiple items with different availability, it is up to you whether you prefer delivery as soon as possible (the shipments will be divided and the items that are in stock will be shipped immediately) or wait until all the items you ordered are in stock and we will then send them to you in one shipment.

In this step of the cart, you also choose your payment method . If you also have a gift certificate or discount voucher available, enter the relevant code in the Gift certificate or voucher field and the amount will be immediately deducted from your order.

Order summary and submission

Before submitting your order, you will be presented with a complete summary of your order. If all information is correct, complete your order by pressing the Submit Order button.

Good to know

  • You will be informed about every step in the processing of your order by email. This way you have a perfect overview of what is happening with your order and when you can expect the delivery of the selected goods. If you wish to change the goods in your order, cancel or cancel the entire order, please contact us by email.
  • The seller reserves the right to cancel an order for goods marked as "Currently unavailable" if the goods can no longer be delivered or replaced with another model or if their price has changed significantly. You will of course be informed of such a situation if it occurs. If part or all of the order has been paid, we will refund the money to your account.
