Shipping and Payments
We ship orders from our store in Liberec. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel and are always shown exactly in your cart before you complete your order. All prices include VAT.
Shipping within the Czech Republic

In-store pickup is available at our store at Štefánikovo nám. 665/8, 460 01 Liberec, during opening hours Mon–Fri 14:00–18:00 and Sat 10:00–13:00. As soon as your order is ready for pickup, we'll let you know by email.

Shipping to other EU countries
We also deliver to Austria, Germany, Poland, Belgium, Finland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain. Home delivery costs 11,90 €, 16,90 € or 21,90 € depending on the parcel weight – you'll see the exact price in your cart after entering your address.
Payment methods
- Online card payment – Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. Payment is processed immediately and we start working on your order right away.
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay – fast one-tap payment without entering your card details.
- Klarna – pay now or spread the cost according to Klarna's terms.
- PayPal – pay via your PayPal account.
- Bank transfer with QR code – after completing your order you'll receive the payment details and a QR code for paying from your mobile banking app. We ship the goods once the payment reaches our account (usually within 1 working day for transfers within the Czech Republic).
There are no extra fees for any payment method.

Tracking and receiving your parcel
Once your parcel has been shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a tracking link. Please check the parcel as soon as you receive it – if the packaging is damaged, fill in a damage report with the carrier and let us know at obchod@aussiemaison.cz. Complaints and returns are described on our Complaints and Terms and conditions pages.
