How it works

  1. Sign up – create a customer account, all you need is an email address.
  2. Shop – once you've spent €220 in the last 12 months, you automatically become a member of AUSSIE MAISON FAMILY.
  3. Enjoy 10% off – once you're signed in, you'll see your new prices right on the products and the discount is taken off automatically in your basket. Membership lasts a whole year – and if you spend another €220 during that time, we'll renew it for another year.

🎂 Birthday club

In your customer account (under Profile), add your birthday and your dog's name and birthday – a second dog too, if you like. At the right time, we'll email you a little birthday surprise. Just make sure emails are switched on in your account.

Programme rules

  • Your spend includes paid orders under your email address from the last 12 months. Returned items are deducted; if this brings your spend below €220 before your first renewal, your membership ends.
  • Membership lasts 1 year from the day you reach the status. If you spend at least €220 during your membership year, it automatically renews for another year – you can see how much you still need in your account.
  • If you don't reach €220 during your membership year, your membership ends. You'll get it back once you've spent €220 on orders placed after it ended.
  • The 10% discount applies to our entire range, except items that are already on sale (including discounted sets).
  • The discount can't be combined with other discount codes – the better one always applies.
  • To get the discount, you need to be signed in to your account when you shop.
  • You can see whether you're a member, and until when, in your customer account at any time.
  • Aussie Maison reserves the right to change the programme; we'll announce any changes in advance and they won't affect membership you've already reached.
