The Laura Coin Purse comes in our Woven Leather, characterised by its layered strips of soft leather. Springfield works with a group of women in Bilpar, a small village on the outskirts of Kolkata, who weave the leather. Around 40 homemakers currently work from home, which allows them to earn a sustainable income while still taking care of their household duties, such as looking after their children. By giving these women work opportunities and supporting their skills, we bring positive change to their lives and the lives of their families.

Our premium sustainable leather is tanned without harmful chemicals and has no synthetic finish. Because of its open structure, scratches can occur, and irregularities in colour and texture are part of this leather. The leather evolves over time and looks even better the more you use it! We help our customers take good care of their purchase. With a little love and care, your coin purse will last for years.
